Trama:
La storia parlerà di ragazzo e una ragazza, i cui destini vengono stravolti in un'era dove il bilanciamento climatico si è fortemente alterato. Hodaka Morishima, studente di liceo originario di una remota isola del Giappone, si allontana da casa per stabilirsi a Tokyo, dove incontra Hina Amano, una ragazza con un potere misterioso che le permette di creare il bel tempo soltanto "pregando".
